Well, today I thought I’d be brave and venture outside for a nice long cycle. Well, it was really good to start off with but it was hard work due to the lack of training over the last couple of months.
It was freezing as well but I needed to get out get this winter training started. Onwards from here…. Swimming tomorrow….

Hi Everyone,
I am new to this blogging so bear with me whilst I work out how this works. I anticipate to do a daily blog summarising what I have done on the day. I am a keen Triathlete and would love to share my training experiences with everyone. Even those "don't feel like training" days.
This might even motivate me more to get down and train harder.
